- Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged product, a product with a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item:
- Return Request: Contact us immediately at support@glowvee.in.
- Return Process: Await confirmation from our team before sending the product back. Without confirmation, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
- External Damage on Delivery
If you notice damage to the package upon delivery, please do not accept it. Document the issue with the courier service, and notify us for assistance with a replacement. - Self-Return Shipping
In areas where reverse pickup isn’t available, kindly ship the product to:

Once the returned item passes our Quality Check, we’ll initiate a refund:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 days.
- COD Orders: For COD orders, please provide us with your bank account details (Account Number, Account Holder’s Name, Bank Branch, Bank Name, IFSC Code). Refunds are processed via electronic bank transfer.
- Refund Timelines
- Credit Card: 5–7 business days
- Debit Card & Net Banking: 7–14 business days
- COD Orders: 7–14 business days after we receive your bank details

Final Decision
